Carrot Curry Crackers

Organic Ingredients

2 1/2 cups carrot pulp

1/2 cup ground flax

1/2 tsp. curry powder

1 tbsp. tamari

1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice

dash sea salt

Mix all ingredients by hand in large bowl. If too wet, you can add more flax. When consistency is just right, spread on lined dehydrating trays. Mold into shape and press. Then, using metal spatula or knife, cut into squares. Dehydrate on 115 for about 4-5 hrs (or until desired crispiness). Flip once about halfway through. Enjoy with hummus, pineapple salsa, crumbled onto salads or just plain!
