Pumpkin Spice Smoothie



Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup pumpkin puree

  2. 1 1/2 cups almond milk

  3. 1 banana

  4. 1 tbsp. hemp seeds

  5. 1/4 cup rolled oats

  6. 1 tsp. Saigon cinnamon

  7. 1 tsp. nutmeg

  8. 1 tsp. allspice

  9. 4-5 ice cubes

Blend until smooth and top with nutmeg. Serve cold.
