Meet Dori Lancaster
Health & Wellness Specialist
Dori has been passionate about and working in the field of health and wellness since 1997. She’s a bit of a wellness ‘Jill-of-all-Trades.’ Being of service to people and empowering them in their wellness is truly her passion and gives her life purpose.
For the past two decades, Dori has developed her career as a massage therapist, and her knowledge and passion for holistic health blossomed from working in this realm. As a life-long learner, her education went on to include Nutrition Education, Food Psychology Coaching, Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Therapy and Yomassage. As M. Scott Peck says, “The path of spiritual growth is a path of lifelong learning.”
Dori is also certified as both a Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher and Trauma Informed Yomassage instructor, and believes it is important for everyone who has experienced trauma of any kind, to find a safe space to connect with their body and breath.
She has always loved adding skills to her list of offerings, and pulls from her vast knowledge to customize programs for people that cater to their specific needs.
As someone who enjoys educating and inspiring positive change, Dori enjoys giving education talks about food and showing people how cooking with plant-based foods can be super fun, easy, and budget friendly. She also loves putting her hands on people, literally helping them rid their bodies of tension and stress. She believes touch is not only a basic human need, but instrumental to our healing process.
Dori works with her clients in multiple ways, designing custom wellness plans to help empower you to be your own healer and tune in to your body’s natural healing powers!
